To register and maintain an Account on the Oyen88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme — including voluntary self-exclusion initiated through Oyen88 — at the time of or following registration.

Upon completing the registration process, you will be issued one (1) Account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any given time. The opening of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in all associated Accounts being permanently closed and all Funds being forfeited.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to update such information promptly should it change. Oyen88 reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information submitted during or after registration, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents (such as a Malaysian MyKad), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Oyen88 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All financial transactions on the Oyen88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of verified Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, as well as selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT, ETH) where applicable.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your Oyen88 Account are available for wagering purposes only. Oyen88 does not pay interest on Account balances. The minimum deposit amount is RM20 unless otherwise specified in a promotion. Deposits are processed in real time subject to payment partner processing confirmation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically complete within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed completion windows.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the Oyen88 Account holder.
• Oyen88 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above designated thresholds.
• Players who have active bonus funds must complete applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.
• Oyen88 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.
• Funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to review before withdrawal at Oyen88's discretion to mitigate money-laundering risk.

All bets placed on the Oyen88 Platform are final once confirmed. You acknowledge that the outcome of all games and sporting events is subject to chance and that Oyen88 does not guarantee any particular result. The Platform's random number generators (RNG) are certified and audited for fairness by independent testing laboratories.

Sports Betting: Oyen88 offers betting markets on a wide range of sports including, but not limited to, English Premier League (EPL) football, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and international cricket and tennis. Odds are updated in real time and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmation is displayed, the stated odds are locked.

In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting is subject to the Platform's real-time feed and may be suspended or interrupted without notice due to data latency or match conditions. Oyen88 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an event has concluded where confirmation was delayed by technical issues.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee returns in any individual session. Mix Parlay, accumulator, and combination bet rules are governed by sport-specific and promotion-specific addenda published on the Platform.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from X10 to X20 of the bonus amount.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet permitted is RM250 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements met within the stated expiry window — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated play, or structured wagering to exploit promotion mechanics — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Oyen88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion prior to a modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

Oyen88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its players. We recognise that for a small percentage of users, gambling can become harmful. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Oyen88 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Funds:

• Registering more than one Account per person, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any automated or non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which Oyen88 offers markets.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from identified technical errors are void.
• Colluding with other players or Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sporting market.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions processed through verified payment partners.

All content on the Oyen88 Platform — including but not limited to the Oyen88 name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Oyen88 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Oyen88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oyen88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

Oyen88's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.

Oyen88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating the restriction of access;
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.

In the event of Account closure by Oyen88 due to a breach of these Terms, any Funds remaining in the Account may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at Oyen88's commercial discretion — any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method subject to completion of KYC.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure does not exempt you from any outstanding obligations under these Terms, including wagering requirements or pending verification.

Oyen88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the Platform or by email to your registered address no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

In the event of a dispute relating to your Account, a bet, or a payment, you should contact Oyen88 support in the first instance. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support interaction, Oyen88 may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body.
